Exchange & Return Policy

To begin the return process, please visit our Returns Portal with your order number and shipping zip code. These can be found on either your order confirmation email or packing slip.

  • If you have a gift return, please contact us directly at customersupport@portlandfireteamshop to initiate a return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return. Exchanges and opting for store credit do not incur a label fee. When opting for a refund, this does deduct a flat fee of $9.99 from your total.

We gladly accept returns for all eligible items purchased from the Portland Fire Team Shop website within 30 days of your purchase with the original tags in place. Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, refunds are processed to the original form of payment. We will not accept any damaged merchandise due to improper care or worn items. 

All sale items are FINAL SALE.
FINAL SALE items are not eligible for return or exchange. 

Portland Fire Team Shop will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. We cannot accept COD shipments. Please keep a copy of your tracking number so you can track it as well. 

No refunds can be issued for any amount purchased through another website/source other than Portland Fire Team Shop (i.e. LivingSocial, Groupon, etc).
