US Shipping

• We do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. 
• Additional charges may be charged for orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.
• Portland Fire will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. All duties, taxes, and import fees are included in the final price, so there are no additional charges upon delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the destination and selected shipping method.

We cannot accomodate address or order changes once an order has been placed. Please confirm your order details prior to checkout.

Jerseys

All jersey orders (US and international) require a 1-2 week production turnaround before they ship. Each jersey is made to order, so this processing time is separate from shipping time. Once it’s ready, it will be packed and shipped using the shipping method you selected at checkout.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

• We cannot ship one order to multiple addresses.  If you need to send items to two different locations, this will require separate orders and separate shipping fees

Shipping Pre-order and Backorder Items

• You will be charged shipping & handling only once.
• In stock items on your order will not ship separately from items on preorder or backorder. Your order will ship out in its entirety once all items are in stock.
• Backorder items typically take 14 business days to ship out from the original order date.
